The love of wood started in 1977 with their grandfather. Marie-Pier and Andréanne Paquette are now following in the footsteps of their father to take over the family business. Given their concern for a more sustainable future, they were looking to offer cutting boards that would replace the plastic ones.

Given our mission to adopt a sustainable business model based on quality and environmentally friendly products, Chop Chop started to make their own ecological briquettes. They are 100% recycled.
Being aware of environmental issues and attentive to the health of our planet, it was obvious within the company that we wanted to get involved in a cause that is so important to us. This is why we are associated with the organization ONE TREE PLANTED. We plant a tree for each board sold.
