From our family to yours

Founded by their grandfather, Chop Chop is a family business passed down through generations. Today, Andréanne and Marie-Pier are proudly taking over, continuing its expertise and values.

Launched in 2016, Chop Chop has become a leading brand, offering genuine wood cutting boards that combine quality, durability, and competitive pricing.

Proudly made in Canada.

Our products

Concerned about a sustainable and eco-responsible future, we use the best quality of trees, the same portion that is used for hardwood. This allows us to guarantee our products and also to have clear wood, free of knots and stains. We also plant a tree for each board sold. Knowing that each tree can easily produce between 120 to 150 cutting boards, we make sure to regenerate the forest for the next generations.

We are always looking for innovation and optimization, which is why we have developed aluminum stabilizer legs. This process, unique in the world, is done completely by us and only for our products.

We have also completed the recycling loop and eliminated waste by reclaiming all of our retail and production now eco-friendly logs with no additives or chemicals.

Our wood species

We exclusively use the following 3 species: Maple, Cherry and Walnut. They are the only wood species that are certified 100% safe in contact with food for human consumption. They are also species that grow locally and allow us to minimize our carbon footprint. The assembly is done at our premises. So no external transport or handling. For the inspection, it is done in 4 steps. The first inspection is followed by production, the second is for sanding, the third for oil and the last just before packaging. This rigorous process allows us to have a flawless or flawless product that will sit proudly on your kitchen island.
