Once an order is placed, please allow 1–10 business days for it to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track your package.

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at info@chopchopboards.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at and processed, you will receive a full refund.

Items can be refunded within thirty (30) days after your order is received provided that it is unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with all included documentation, pieces and accessories intact.
