Exchange & Refund Policy
Bois Mirabel Ltée wants you to be entirely satisfied with your Chop Chop board. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for a refund.
Items can be refunded within thirty (30) days after your order is received provided that it is unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with all included documentation, pieces and accessories intact.
To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us at info@chopchopboards.com to obtain your return authorization. If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted for refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for orders shipped to or from the United States. These fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees will only be reimbursed in the case of a manufacturer defect or an error made by Bois Mirabel Ltée.
Refunds are made with the same payment method used for purchasing the item. Please allow the customary processing delays before you see the refund posted to your banking statement.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at info@chopchopboards.com if the item is damaged, presents any defect or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and provide the appropriate solution.
Our Limited Warranty
As we care for our clients’ satisfaction, we are committed to offer you a warranty that covers any manufacturing defect for one (1) year. It is important for us that you are 100% satisfied with your item and we want you to enjoy Chop Chop boards for years.
Our limited warranty covers :
- All defects in material, workmanship or quality when the product is used in a normal domestic setting and in accordance with the care & maintenance instructions provided with each Chop Chop board;
- Breaks and cracks due to defects in wood.
Our warranty does not cover :
- Any damages due to improper use or abuse, including but not limited to scratches, distortion, and discolouration;
- Any damages caused by use not in accordance with our care & maintenance instructions provided with each Chop Chop board, including commercial use and non-consumer use such as neglect;
- Any damages caused in transit or resulting from external causes beyond our reasonable care;
- Normal wear and tear.
The decisions remain at our entire discretion and are final.
